What are "Emergency Tasks"?

An Emergency Task is visible to all users in your site and indicates that attention is urgently needed to address an issue. Usage of Emergency Tasks should be reserved for real emergencies only (this will depend on what a 'real' emergency means to your organization.)

An Emergency Task can be created in 3 ways:

1. A task urgency level is changed to "Emergency".

2. A user misses a check-in using the Lightship Status app.

3. A user creates an alarm using the Lightship Status app.
